Her recent NQ4F qualification has equipped her with further skills to attain even greater success.

Says Jackson, who has had a passion for property since she was very young and thoroughly enjoyed her years of property development in London, “I have been an estate agent in the Constantia Valley for the last 25 years. I have worked for large, International property companies and pride myself on my integrity and strong work ethic. “My first two years in property in South Africa were in Gauteng. I first visited Cape Town in 1972 and I was captivated by the immense charm and inherent, natural beauty of Constantia. I never dreamt that I would be so fortunate as to be an estate agent in Constantia

According to Linda Erasmus, Fine & Country focuses on attracting dynamic agents who can complement the strengths of the existing team and says she has found this in Jackson. She adds, “We believe in nurturing relationships that benefit the client, the estate agent and the company. We are very pleased to introduce and support Clare and look forward to sharing in her success with her.”

Jackson, who was born in Gauteng, married and lived in Durban for ten years. This was followed by 10 years in London, before which she was in the financial services industry in South Africa. Interestingly, she is a Leith trained chef and has several international wine certificates.
